I want to personally recommend this licensed General Contractor, David Cardenas with Team Champion Home Services.
David recently completed a 15,000 square foot commercial building for our property management company in La Habra. The property was originally in very poor condition, and David successfully transformed it into a clean, updated premises. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and completed the project both on time and on budget.
If you have any upcoming projects whether it's for a Home or Commercial, I highly recommend reaching out to him.

If you’re looking for any new construction on your home or renovation, I strongly recommend Team Champion Home Services. For reasonable prices, they offer quality service. I especially love their attention to detail. I had them construct a new garage, patio, and patio cover. I’m very pleased with how all of it looks.

Update: I was very pleased with the work they did on my garage and patio cover, that I've since hired them for more renovations. I needed a new retaining front wall and had them do the job. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out. It's the first people see when passing by my house, so important to have this done well. I know I made the right choice for a contractor.

Team Champions Home Services and their crew have pleased me over and above my expectations. Not only in the work they perform, but also their attention to detail. They are in communication with me all the way through the job to its finish.
David Cardenas has been wonderful to work with.
He is honest and forthright in his business dealings. I definitely will use Team Champions again, and I give them my 100% endorsement.

I would highly recommend David and his Team Champion Home Services team for any home project!

I was building a Detached ADU from the ground up and had gotten multiple bids and was very glad I went with David.

Once I had gotten my approved, original plans from my architect, I needed some supplemental plans that were outside of my original architect's field of expertise. David was there to handle technical communications with my original architect and his team picked right up to get my project the extra plans drafted and approved.

Any home project of any size inherently will come with some anxiety and stress. David understands this and expels this anxiety and stress as he is great at explaining all processes and educating along the way. Not once during construction did I ever question whether or not did I get the wrong contractor for my project. This does not mean that my project never had any hiccups or unforeseen issues that needed to be addressed, because it did (and I honestly believe you should steer clear of anyone who promises you that they can carry out a project as big as this without mistakes). But whenever something did arise, David and his team would take the time to discuss what was going on and propose a solution. There was never any blaming, excuses or uncomfortable encounters. He is the most honest person in the line of general contracting work that I've dealt with and he will take ownership of problems and mistakes.

Communication and speed were great and price was very amazingly reasonable. From start to finish, the ADU took about 9 months, but the actual build time by his contracting team for a 510 square foot detached ADU was only 4-5 months before all work that was under the responsibility of his team was completed. The rest of the time was waiting for other services like the electrical, gas and solar companies to come out to handle their parts. His team could have been done even quicker than 4-5 months, but as I mentioned before we had to juggle around supplemental plans that were missing.

In addition to a brand-new build, Team Champion Home Services was also commissioned to replace my roof of my primary residence, upgraded my electrical panel and installed a residential sump pump- everything of which was quick but also great quality work.

If you need something done for your home, go with David and Team Champion Home Services. You won't regret what you get and you won't regret the great experience.

I started a painting and front porch area rejuvenation project that turned into a whole house re-stucco when i found i had failing stucco and termite damage all over. I had already sand blasted the whole house when I realized i was in over my head organizing all the needed trades to fix my house correctly. I hired Team Champion Home Services to take over everything for me as my general contractor instead. David and team did a wonderful job fixing my termite damage, redoing all my stucco with the latest acrylic product and mesh to prevent future cracks, re-painting all the wood siding and trim, and performing modifications to my front porch roof overhang and the side garage wall to clean them up and modernize my home's style some and improve overall curb appeal. His team was friendly and professional and did a good job cleaning up each day of the project. I'd highly recommend David and Team Champion Home Services for any job you have, large or small. They are pros in home construction and repair projects!
