Ready to create a home that fits your life better? Our Norwalk, CA remodeling team transforms kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and interiors with thoughtful planning and quality workmanship.
Team Champion Home Services works with homeowners throughout Norwalk on home remodeling projects, from a single kitchen remodeling or bathroom remodeling update to a full whole house renovation. Norwalk is largely made up of single-story, ranch-style tract homes built during the suburban growth of the 1950s and 1960s, which means many properties share similar layouts, lot sizes, and original floor plans that families have long since outgrown.
As a home renovation contractor working in these established neighborhoods, we focus on practical, functional upgrades opening up tight original layouts through interior remodeling, updating aging kitchens and bathrooms that haven’t been touched since the home was built, and planning whole house renovation projects that make better use of a compact single-story footprint. Our team manages design, permitting, and construction as one accountable partner from start to finish.
Kitchen Remodeling: Update layouts, cabinetry, countertops, and appliances, with upgrades for older Norwalk homes.
Bathroom Remodeling: Improve fixtures, tile, plumbing, and layouts to make bathrooms more functional.
Basement Remodeling: Transform existing lower-level space into comfortable, usable living areas.
Whole House Renovation: Coordinate property-wide updates under one organized remodeling plan.
Interior Remodeling: Refresh flooring, walls, lighting, and layouts to create more open, livable spaces.
Design & Permitting Support: Assistance with design decisions and permits for structural, plumbing, and electrical work.
We walk through your home and identify original systems or layout constraints typical of Norwalk's tract-home construction.
We finalize layout, finishes, and material selections for your kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, or whole house renovation.
We handle permit submission for scope requiring it, including plumbing, electrical, or structural changes.
We complete a final walkthrough so your remodeled space is ready to use.
Norwalk’s largely original-era ranch homes call for a remodeling contractor who understands how to update outdated systems and layouts without losing the home’s basic structure.
We take on home remodeling projects across Norwalk’s established single-story neighborhoods, where many homes share a similar original tract-home footprint from the city’s mid-century growth. That consistency actually works in homeowners’ favor — we’ve seen the same layout constraints and outdated systems repeatedly, which helps us move efficiently from a kitchen remodeling or bathroom remodeling project to a full whole house renovation without unnecessary surprises along the way.

If you’re looking for any new construction on your home or renovation, I strongly recommend Team Champion Home Services. For reasonable prices, they offer quality service. I especially love their attention to detail. I had them construct a new garage, patio, and patio cover. I’m very pleased with how all of it looks. Update: I was very pleased with the work they did on my garage and patio cover, that I've since hired them for more renovations. I needed a new retaining front wall and had them do the job. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out. It's the first people see when passing by my house, so important to have this done well. I know I made the right choice for a contractor.Posted on Google Michael AmiraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend David and his Team Champion Home Services team for any home project! I was building a Detached ADU from the ground up and had gotten multiple bids and was very glad I went with David. Once I had gotten my approved, original plans from my architect, I needed some supplemental plans that were outside of my original architect's field of expertise. David was there to handle technical communications with my original architect and his team picked right up to get my project the extra plans drafted and approved. Any home project of any size inherently will come with some anxiety and stress. David understands this and expels this anxiety and stress as he is great at explaining all processes and educating along the way. Not once during construction did I ever question whether or not did I get the wrong contractor for my project. This does not mean that my project never had any hiccups or unforeseen issues that needed to be addressed, because it did (and I honestly believe you should steer clear of anyone who promises you that they can carry out a project as big as this without mistakes). But whenever something did arise, David and his team would take the time to discuss what was going on and propose a solution. There was never any blaming, excuses or uncomfortable encounters. He is the most honest person in the line of general contracting work that I've dealt with and he will take ownership of problems and mistakes. Communication and speed were great and price was very amazingly reasonable. From start to finish, the ADU took about 9 months, but the actual build time by his contracting team for a 510 square foot detached ADU was only 4-5 months before all work that was under the responsibility of his team was completed. The rest of the time was waiting for other services like the electrical, gas and solar companies to come out to handle their parts. His team could have been done even quicker than 4-5 months, but as I mentioned before we had to juggle around supplemental plans that were missing. In addition to a brand-new build, Team Champion Home Services was also commissioned to replace my roof of my primary residence, upgraded my electrical panel and installed a residential sump pump- everything of which was quick but also great quality work. If you need something done for your home, go with David and Team Champion Home Services. You won't regret what you get and you won't regret the great experience.Posted on Google Enrique VasquezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started a painting and front porch area rejuvenation project that turned into a whole house re-stucco when i found i had failing stucco and termite damage all over. I had already sand blasted the whole house when I realized i was in over my head organizing all the needed trades to fix my house correctly. I hired Team Champion Home Services to take over everything for me as my general contractor instead. David and team did a wonderful job fixing my termite damage, redoing all my stucco with the latest acrylic product and mesh to prevent future cracks, re-painting all the wood siding and trim, and performing modifications to my front porch roof overhang and the side garage wall to clean them up and modernize my home's style some and improve overall curb appeal. His team was friendly and professional and did a good job cleaning up each day of the project. I'd highly recommend David and Team Champion Home Services for any job you have, large or small. We hired David as a general contractor to remodel our master bathroom (and parts of our adjoining master bedroom) based on our architect/designer's plans. (Our architect recommended David to us.) This was a big job. Step 1: demolition of interior walls, plumbing, and tiled shower and sunken tub; 2) construction of (new position) interior walls ready for pocket doors; 3) converting a sliding exterior door into a hinged door and replacement of bay and casement windows; 4) leveling bathroom/bedroom floor which had an existing tilt; 5) installing new custom-designed tile floor and shower, plus new wood floor in bedroom; 6) all associated plumbing and electrical work. David and his crew communicated well with us through this long process. Any issues were quickly dealt with. His price was reasonable. Would highly recommend. I've added eight before/after photos.
